vowels,

sight word vocabulary,

and decoding practice,

correct punctuation.
Formats
used:
1. My
Cute Little Rhyme Games match up pairs of rhyming
words. The words are presented on two different cartoons.
As the student pairs up the words, the pictures pair up
also. This multi-sensory approach to learning new words
helps reinforce the sounds.
2.
My Sight Word Pattern
Books are
booklets that the teacher photocopies for the student.
The phonograms at the top and the sight words below are
patterned in sentences. The repetition helps the student
learn both their sounds and the new sight word
vocabulary. They practice oral reading with the words in
context.
