Flat grassed area preferred. Can be set up on blacktop, or wood floor (example a gym). You should always have an alternative indoor location such as a gym or hall in case of rain.

Power requirements:

Requirements:
Grass surface preferred, can be set up on blacktop, concrete, or wood floor. However, alternative location should be available in the event of rain. This unit will not be operated in the rain  This unit requires one volunteer to help. By providing us with a volunteer you eliminate the cost of us providing an additional staff member.

Footprint:
50' long X 10' wide X 13' high

In nice weather it is better to operate outside. Although planners should organize a backup location in the event of rain. A gym is ideal.
Power requirements:
Need TWO electric plug-ins 110volts at least 15amps. 20amps is ideal.

 

3 hour rental (minimum)
Please be aware that what you consider to be a 3 hour event is approximately a five to six hour event or more (depending on you location) to us because of loading, driving, set-up, event running time, take down, drive back, and unloading.

 

 

 

Need a signed contract and $50.00 deposit required.

The Crossbow Gallery has proven to be one of our best Carnival type attractions it is a safe, fun shooting gallery that will appeal to ALL ages adults included.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags can be injected under the skin. They can be monitored by satellite, and other methods. They are to be used by US, Canadian, Australian, UK, and New Zealand governments (Echelon Member countries) on NATIONAL IDENTITY CARDS (For your safety of course). The next step is to do away with costly cards, and inject them directly into the body (For your safety of course). How much notice do you need for a booking? Since most schools and organizations book their events early. And since some events we attend year after year. We therefore recommend that you contact us as early as possible. We work on a first come first served basis.

That is to say whomever gets a signed contract and deposit back to us first has a CONFIRMED booking. We do not pencil events in. In this industry there is only a window of opportunity of about six months, therefore we attempt to obtain as many confirmed bookings as we can early in the year.
 

 

 
Do you have insurance? Yes. We carry a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy. It is advisable to consider this fact when choosing your entertainment supply companies.
 

 

 
We are a non profit group trying to raise funds can you reduce your pricing? 90% of our customers are not for profit groups. That is the nature of our business.

Although we do have to charge you for our service. It doesn't mean that you will be out of pocket.

Example: Randerson Ridge school rented our Bounce-n-slide they sold tickets for the ride at a value of $2.00 per child (our standard charge). We put 303 children through the Bounce-n-slide in a 3 hour period. Generating $606.00 gross. After paying us our $300.00 fee the PAC got to keep the rest. They made about $300.00 after expenses. We have many other examples.
 

 

 
How Long does it take to set up? If we know exactly where we are going to be positioned, and we have immediate access to power. We can be up and running in as little as 20 minutes (most pieces of equipment. Delays are usually caused by not having immediate access to power. Or not being able to find the person in charge of allocating us a designated working area. 

For schools or any event planner it is useful to know that access power is probably the major
problem when organizing a fun fair or special event. Check with the district office sometimes their electrical maintenance staff will have  temporary "Power Panels" that they can install for such events.  Also supplying an event area map to all the suppliers of equipment will save time in setting up on the day. When equipment is set up half an hour, or more late, and it is no fault of the supplier then the PAC is loosing revenue.

Also it is a good idea to supply key people with two way radio's to minimize wasted time and energy on issues that can sometimes be dealt with over the radio.   

   

 

Do you travel anywhere on the island? Actually we will travel anywhere in BC. However, the above pricing is based on events in an area not further north than Comox, not further south than Duncan, Not further west than Port Alberni, and not further east than the east coast of Vancouver island.
 

 

 
Do you need any assistance with the operating of the inflatable? We can handle the operation of the bouncers and the line ups very well. However, some of our equipment requires two operators. In an effort to reduce your cost on these items we ask for a volunteer to help our operator. If you cannot provide an operator we will supply one at cost please give us lots of notice in this regard.

Although, we do require that your members contact us at least once per hour to see if our staff need a bathroom break. Or a drink etc.
   

 

Do you stay with the ride throughout the rental period? Yes we stay with the equipment all the time it is in use. However, we do require Two 10 minute bathroom breaks during the rental period. And one of your staff to keep an eye on the equipment while it is not in use to prevent people trying to use it when no operator is in attendance this is for safety purposes. Also with the Caterpillar we need two operators, we price it with just one operator giving you the chance to supply us with a helper. If this is not possible then we will supply an additional operator at additional cost.
