How much notice do you need?	Since most organizations book their events early in the year. And since some events we attend year after year. We recommend that you contact us as early as possible. We work on a first come first served basis, although we do give our "regulars" first right of refusal. That is to say whomever gets a signed contract and deposit back to us first has a CONFIRMED booking. Since our window of opportunity is small (about five months per year) we cannot work on a "maybe" basis therefore we do not pencil events in. We work on confirmed bookings only. Adeposit confirms a booking.
Do you have insurance?	Yes. We carry a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.
We are a non profit group trying to raise funds can you reduce your pricing?	90% or more of our customers are not for profit groups. That is the nature of our business.. Yet our cost's insurance, license, gas, travel, equipment etc. Still increases on an annual basis regardless. So while our intentions may be good in trying to keep rental cost down in practical terms we still have to remain profitable in order to continue to serve you year after year. Although we do have to charge you for our service. It does not mean that you will be out of pocket. We can implement cost sharing or percentage methods. Or suggest sponsorship opportunities that may be available to you. Our industry is unique from other industries in that we have a limited window of opportunity in which to provide our services. We operate on average only 20 weekends per year, with little opportunity to work week days. Also adverse weather can effectively shut us down on any given weekend.
How Long does it take to set up?	If we know exactly where we are going to be positioned, and we have immediate access to power. We can be up and running in as little as 20 minutes. Delays are usually caused by not having immediate access to power, (or more commonly not enough power). Or not being able to find the person in charge of allocating us a designated working area. Event organizers can reduce the demand on their time, and be more effective during an event or festival by having two way radios to communicate with each other.
Do you travel anywhere on the island?	Actually we will travel anywhere in BC. Contact us to get a quote
Do you need any assistance with the operating of the inflatables?	No. We can handle the operation of the bouncers and the line ups very well. An exception to this is the Clyde the Caterpillar requires two operators. However, rather than provide a second operator at additional cost, we give you the option of providing a volunteer to assist us.
Do you stay with the ride throughout the rental period?	Yes we stay with the equipment all the time it is use. However, we do require Two 10 minute bathroom breaks during the rental period. And one of your staff to keep an eye on the equipment while it is not in use to prevent people trying to use it when no operator is in attendance this is for safety purposes.
