Question:	How much are your inflatable bouncers??
Answer:	Inflatable bouncers start at approximately $1,600.00 US. However, we do not put the price of the Inflatables on the website simply because we don't know what the currency values will be on the day you decide you want to buy a bouncer. Changes in currency values can mean a difference of $50 or $200 more, or less than the stated price. Let's face it you do want to get the best possible value for your dollar don't you? If we have specials on our website they are genuine specials and normally will save you between $100.00 and $1,000.00 if you see specials on our site we recommend you act quickly because they rarely last for very long. Question:	Do I have to pay the shipping??
Answer:	When you get a quote from us the price includes shipping to the closest international airport, or to your door. It also includes customs clearance (if applicable). Quote prices are good for 15 days. If you order and shipping prices go up we eat the increase. If the 15 days passes and you have not ordered then we would just do another quote for you based on the then current pricing or currency value. It should also be noted that we get preferred rates (sometimes up to 60% discount) from our freight forwarders because we do a lot of shipping and provide these freight forwarders a lot of business. These preferred rates are not normally available to the general public
Question:	Why don't you send out catalogues?
Answer:	We cannot effectively provide the information in a catalogue. Since there are things we do not know. Like what will currency rates be worth on the day you decide to buy your bouncer? Remember we deal with customers in US, Canada, Bermuda, England, Ireland, and Scotland to name but a few. Also we include the shipping in our prices. Air freight goes up and down (pardon the pun) daily depending on the availability of space in the aircraft. Our freight forwarders (whom consolidate shipments on aircraft, ships, and trucks) try to negotiate the lowest possible prices for us. When you decide to order we give you a firm price that includes the shipping. That price is then good for 15 days.
Question:	Are there any special requirements to operate inflatables etc.
Answer:	Each country, and local jurisdiction have laws or statutes that affect many things including operating a business, licensing, insurance, safety, and other issues. It is up to you the customer to investigate what you are required to do or have in order to operate your business in your area. We cannot and do not make any recommendations in this regard.
Question:	What do I get for my investment?
Answer:	You get the Inflatable of your choice. Plus an inflation fan (110volts, or 240v for Europe and Bermuda etc.), tie down stakes, also you get your company name, phone number and message displayed on a removable banner, you get repair patches, and a tarp. Plus our expertise and help in marketing your business. We do want you to succeed! We want you to come back to us in a month or so and buy another one or two Inflatables. Because we ship a lot of products we also get good rates on shipping from our freight forwarders. These low rates are not available to the general public.
Question:	What are the Inflatables made of?
Answer:	The inflatables are made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) with reinforced criss-crossed nylon webbing making the material rip resistant.. Seams are double, and sometimes triple stitched, and some have reinforced seam webbing for long life and durability. Each inflatable is made to strict high standards.
Question:	How long does an inflatable last?
Answer:	Inflatables have been known to last as long as nine years. However, that depends on how you the owner operator treats and uses it. As well as how you allow it to be used. With care and good maintenance (very little maintenance is needed) it could last for many years.
Question:	Are you a manufacturer??
Answer:	No. We are distributors who buy at discounted factory prices and resell to our customers at the same or sometimes lower prices than s/he could buy from the manufacturer. Basically we get our commission from the manufacturer.
Question:	Why should I deal with your company?
Answer:	We have been in the inflatable amusement ride business since 1993. We have personally visited manufacturers, and have seen the products being made. We know who makes the better quality products. Who make and ship the fastest. Who has the best service. As well we have a rental division ourselves, this puts us in the trenches so to speak. We know the things that can make our customers successful. We help our customers achieve their goals, and realize the return of their investment in the shortest possible time. This can be as little as 3 to 10 days of operating. Depending on how you promote your business. Example Mr. Smith invests $5000.00 in a bouncer he operates his first day at a festival. He charges $2.00 per child. He allows 8 children into the bouncer per ride (that's $16.00 per ride). The ride lasts 3 minutes allowing time to load and unload he manages to maintain 15 rides an hour that's $240.00 per hour. He works for 6 hours that day. His income is $1440.00 if he did that for 3.5 days he now has his investment back. When all said and done wouldn't it be better to deal with a company who has a history of good service, credibility, and experience. Than someone with little or no prior experience.
Question:	Are there any hidden costs I should know about??
Answer:	The only additional costs that may be incurred is for insurance approximately $1500.00 US per year. Also the State / Province you live in may have licensing regulations. For example here in British Columbia we pay Around $88.00 Can. per year per unit. Plus you will need a business license in most jurisdictions.
Question:	Why do I have to pay up front for the inflatables? It is a lot of money to someone I don't even know?
Answer:	When you order your inflatable we have paid for it in the same manner or if it isn't stock then we have to pay up front too! Purchasing over the www or any kind of long distance transactions can be risky for ALL parties concerned. However, we can supply our business information, banking information, and references as you need them. We have been with the same server doing the same business on the net since 1996 We were established in 1993. Our URL has been the same until Feb. 2000 when we changed to a domain name. we have built our business on trust, a reputation for good service, and meeting our customers needs. By selling them the product that is the right product for them. And we can help reduce costly mistakes simply on the basis that we have had a rental division since 1993 and have learned what works and more importantly what doesn't work.
Question:	How many kids can bounce in the inflatable?
Answer:	That depends on several factors (a) The size of the bouncer. (b) The size, weight, and age of the kids. (C) The personality of the kids you intend to put into the bouncer. This kind of information we would give to you when you have your bouncer. That way it is more specific to your needs. Right now we don't know whether you want a 10' bouncer, or a 30' bouncer. Whether your market will be 2 to 10 year old kids or15 year old kids.
Question:	Do the bouncers rip easily??
Answer:	No. the only case of damage I have seen to a bouncer was from an employee who dragged one of our bouncers over some sharp metal. It put two 3" cuts in the underside of the bouncer. Patches deal with that problem very effectively. The inflation fan runs all the time the bouncer is in operation. Therefore a knife could be stuck into a bouncer and a large cut put into it, but the bouncer would NOT deflate. Also the cut would not travel because of the reinforced webbing. This is an important distinction between our products and some other products on the market. There are some bouncer being made particularly in North America that are made of material that is NOT reinforced. The result is that a rip or cut would travel the full length of the material. Always ask about reinforcing.
Question:	How heavy are the bouncers?
Answer:	The bouncers range from approximately 120lbs. to over 800lbs. Part of our service is to find out what kind of application you will be using the bouncers for. This enables us to supply the inflatable that's right for you. Both for your operation and economically as well. After all it's not much good having a 500lb. bouncer sitting in your garage if you work alone is it?? As well it is counter productive if you have to hire help to move it from event to event.
Question:	What about after I have purchased my bouncer?
Answer:	We now want you to be successful. We know that when you are successful you will be calling us to order another unit within a short while. We help you become successful by giving you proven field tested ways to get your target market and keep it. We can even help you with brochures, flyers, and business cards, or even website hosting and design if you like.

Answer:	This is the most important part of this FAQ page. To give you the best service possible, we need to know the following. Your name, address, including zip code or postal code. I get many emails like this one "Please send me prices and shipping cost" That's all. No indication as to what they want to buy, and as for where we are shipping to in the world your guess is as good as mine. We also need to know will you be using your inflatable for birthday party rentals, for special events, or a combination of the two. Will you be working alone, or do you have help, or employees working with you. Do you have a theme or particular design in mind. Of course we will also need your contact information.
